Adekunle Gold to debut sophomore album ‘About 30’ at Trace Live


Adekunle Gold, urban highlife and R&B singer, is set to perform his upcoming album for the first time at Trace Live.

Trace Live is a collaborative effort of Trace TV, Bolanle Austin Peters and Cabal Entertainment.

The ‘Ire’ singer will be accompanied by a full band and dancers as he showcases his vocal prowess singing his hit songs.

The event which will take place on May 4 at the Terra Kulture Arena in Victoria Island will be a night filled with rich music and cultural appreciation.

The singer’s sophomore album project ‘About 30’ is billed for release in the latter months of 2018, and he says it “is about my 30 years on earth.

“I decided to talk about my experiences, the lessons, the girls and things that I have had to do in 30 years”.

The singer was among the few Nigerians that recently performed at the SXSW Festival in Texas, US.
